Attend a Meeting! It’s fun and we get things done.
Here is an example of a typical meeting agenda:
6:00 Greet new guests, review last meeting 6:15 Welcome, Meeting Roles & Introductions 6:25 Revisit the PEP Vision and Mission Statement 6:40 Discuss PEP Focus & Goals 7:00 Brainstorming for upcoming workshop in September 7:30 General Evaluator’s Report - Meeting Wrap Up 7:35 Meeting Close - Sign up for next week’s roles
We spend the first few minutes greeting new guests and getting everyone caught up from the last meeting... socializing, and getting coffee etc.
Next we move into the main body of the meeting with a general round of introductions and an explanation of our meeting roles at 6:15. Our meetings are very interactive with opportunities for everyone to voice their opinions.
All you need to do to prepare is to bring yourself, a smile and maybe a pen and paper for notes. Also, feel free to peruse previous meetings at the PEP Team Resources Page to familiarize yourself with ongoing projects.
We look forward to having you at our next meeting! Feel free to contact us in advance with any questions or concerns at: packwoodproject@gmail.com or 425.999.6461 (or you can leave a message at 360.496.1181).
